Wonderbook was a gaming franchise that used the PSEYE to augment 3D visuals and game play onto a AR marker book. The book could also be used in conjunction with the PlayStation Move peripheral. At its peak the Wonderbook franchise had over 130 internal staff working on various projects, 3 external teams and a number of outsources. I was the Development Director across the franchise and set out the strategy as well as coordinating development across the various teams.
